A 1 hour private session, ideal to help you get your meditation practice on its own two feet. We will determine your best and most comfortable meditation posture; ascertain any yoga postures supportive to your ability to sit for meditation; and learn about and practice breathing basics for meditation. You will learn the basic structure of a meditation practice, be guided through a relaxation and meditation, and will leave with tools and tips for you to take this practice home with you.
