A 45-minute class including a short yoga sequence followed by a 15-minute guided shavasana, or systematic relaxation, and a 20-minute guided meditation. This class is for all levels - ideal if you have always wanted to learn how to meditate, or are looking for a community to practice with.
If you are completely new to meditation please plan to arrive 15 minutes ahead of time so we can work together to find your best and most comfortable meditation posture. We have bolsters, yoga mats and blankets but feel free to bring your own cushion, mala or other supplies if you are so inclined.
